  • Fertitrust sa created in Luxembourg as a holding company for the group.
  • International market expansion in Europe and the United States.
  • Manufert N.V. started in Antwerp, Belgium.
  • Construction of extensive terminaling facilities in the port of Antwerp, Belgium for handling, storing and bagging of dry fertilizers, grain and sugar.

  • Unifert Group sa founded in Brussels as Corporate Headquarters.
